This week we entered the final week of practice in the second semester. Our group is the first group to practice. The menu we practice is chinese food, chinese spinach and peanut salad, traditional egg drop soup, blackpepper beef sautee vegetable, tang yuan and tang zong. At 08:00 we came to the kitchen just to menthawing beef and chicken, and we will start practice at 13.00. Before going home, we first divided the section that would be handled by two people, ranging from appetizer to dessert. The section I handle is the main course section.

At 13.00 we went back to the kitchen and did oneline. Today we are assisted by group 2 to complete all the dishes. For the main course section, we first prepare the ingredients, such as sirloin beef, carrot, couly flawor, samase oil, rice, black papper, salt, baking powder, constrac. After that we cut the vegetables and we marinert beef that we cut , after all we finished making a blackpepper sauce.

After all the sections are complete, Chef tells us to pplate the complete menu per person, then we go to the office to explain how to make all the dishes. After that, we did general cleaning and continued with the breaking of fast together. After we finished breaking fast we immediately went to prayer. At 20.00 we did oneline in front of the kitchen and got some directions from the Chef, then prayed and went home.
