We meet again on my blog. As I told you here, we have a mission to make the perfect pie. And last night I watched some YouTube chenel making pia whose skin is not hard and layered. Yesterday, I failed to make pia cakes that were in accordance with the standards. So today I am trying to make pia cakes again with a different recipe. So since going up to Semster 5, we have not been given any more recipes, but we are looking for our own recipes or use our recipes that are obtained from our trainig both in hotels and restaurants. 

And this time I used a different recipe from yesterday, where the pia dough is softer than yesterday's. The making technique is also the same, namely by entering fat and also using the method of folding the dough. Me, Jo and Fissal started to make this Pia cake carefully and also learned from the mistakes that were made before. After the dough is finished, we enter the fields where the filling must be increased. After that, I immediately put my pia into the oven with a temperature of 170'c with a time of approximately 30 minutes. and I also use a different oven from yesterday because the oven is not good so replace the good oven from yesterday, God willing, my pia this time will be. 

After the pie was finished, my friend and I presented my pie to the lecturer and my pie was successful. Followed by some of my friends who also managed to make pia cakes that were in accordance with the standards. Because my friend and I have succeeded in making pia cakes, we can continue our material, which is to puff pastry. So tomorrow we can immediately make puff pastry while my friend who still hasn't succeeded still has to make pia cake until his cake is in accordance with the standard. and my pia that I succeeded in giving to my pranchic language lecturer, so me, jo and fisal brought it to his room.
