Meet again with me the second day in our first week of practice after we finished the final holiday. And we were oneline as usual before we entered our grooming and kitchen examination, after which we entered into the main kitchen and we oneline talked a bit about the menu of today we made from appetizer to dessert. After the pack explained everything we immediately did for the menu today, and and we split the task to complete the sup on time. After all we were ready to serve, and we brought to the restaurant everything was ready. And we cleaned our area before we preapare for the menu tomorrow. All of us finished oneline and we talked again about the menu tomorrow, and the group kept it like this day, after the pack finished explaining we were immediately rushing to prepare the menu tomorrow, and the ingredients we preapare we love went into the chiler.
After all the prepares finished we took a break and we ate after we ate we went straight to general cleaning as usual every time we divided our tasks so that everything was fast and clean. After our general cleaning we rest while waiting for the jaya to explain a bit about this day and the menu tomorrow we will make, after we finish preparing for the group
