Assalamualaikum.... 

Today is our third day of practice. For today we focus on making modern food from glutinous rice tape. Sticky rice tape is a traditional Indonesian food made from sticky rice which is processed by fermentation. In the sticky rice fermentation process the preparation (washing, cooking and cooling) stages, workmanship, and fermentation (heating, inoculation with yeast, and incubation) are important influential stages to produce good quality sticky tape. Yesterday I had made a mini moonlight from tape. 

And I made Roll Cake Tape, I prepared the spong ingredients and my friend made the filling tapes, we shared the task so that everything was finished on time and after the sponge was finished, we chilled it first, and we filled it into the chiller to keep it fresh. While we wait for the sponge to cool I pray the dzuhur first and after the prayer we immediately make the sponge, and the results are good but the color is not convincing, but it's not easy to say the name is still early we will learn from failure. 

And after that we presented to our lecturer the results of our modren cake which tastes tape, when we entered the lecturer also asked about the cake, and the lecturer also tried the cake and they were not very happy with the taste because the taste of the tap was not felt so my lecturer gave us little way so that the cake can be developed again which is better. After that we continue to prepare to make mille crepe where we make this mille crepe with our business group friends. For mille crepe we were challenged to make it a traditional cake flavor and my group got the Kattirisala taste.
