We Meet again.
Today is sunday .i would like to practice in Hotel Gammara for A week,and today is my first practice in hotel gammara.We come there at 07.05 we directly go up for attendance list and divide our section.And mine is pastry.Im really happy bcs im in pastry for A week.i do hope this may give me benefit and i can get many knowledge there
The 1 picture is about im making cheese cake oreo.There are several type of that cake.Before i make cheese cake i make taripang first,and after i measure all taripang's ingredient i blend it all into one big mold,after all mix we form it in flat and A little bit oval.After all Done i Put it into chiller dan do not forget to write the name and the date in order the staff will know that the taripang in make that day.In order the staff can also process the old
At the second picture is a Cheese cake that has been poured into mold.The mold that we use is quite big enough,and before we pour that dough into mold we give oluminiumvoil in order we can open it easier.and after give our reason we directly pour the dough into the mold,and do not forget to give water under the mold in order the cheese cake wont be charred,so do not to give water before bake and make it 2 moldes in use and out of the mold more bigger than the inside
The third picture is variety of cheese cake namely strawbery and blueberry.My explanation in the second picture is in the third picture where you dont understand about the mold Which i mean in the second picture.At the third pic where cheese cake after we give dough into the mold.After give water We take it into the oven.while wait we make black sticky rice porridge .We directly put it in insert in order that will be cold sooner .
