So happy, I can go back to telling my activities in Kichen on this blog, I will share my experience with all readers. This time, we will discuss the midterm exam,but before starting the exam we didn't forget to pray and a little notification from the lecturer, both the menu that will be tested and how to make it. so that everything goes smoothly. Now we start.

First, we will discuss one of the typical dishes of Makassar, which is saudara soup. Saudara soup is actually made with the inspiration of other traditional dishes, namely coto. This is where the name of your soup is obtained. Originally inspired by coto pariakatte which means brother, then finally became the name of your soup. This dish is similar to soto or type of gravy with beef and served with rice and other complementary ingredients

So good guy, this second food is called pumpkin coconut milk. Can we conclude from the name means the basic ingredients of this food is the pumpkin that is cooked with coconut milk. This food can also be categorized in the soul menu because of soup. first, the flask is cut into macedoine, then prepare the onion and garlic, then saute, then add the coconut milk. Cook until boiling, then add the flask, cook until the flask is soft, add seaosening salt and pepper.

ok guys, this third food, the mainstay food from Makassar, namely palu ce'la. This is a typical Makassar food. The Pallu Ce'la is usually made from Cakalang, Layang, Bolu, Sibula '/ Tembang fish. Ikan pallu Ce'la is usually made with simple ingredients and is easy to obtain, including salt and turmeric. in making pallu ce'la fish, we must cook the fish mixed with these ingredients until the water is completely absorbed, so that the taste of the salt of the scent of turmeric is evenly distributed into the fish's body. so the appearance of the Ce'la Pallu Fish is increasingly interesting of course.
