I'll tell you what I'm doing today, so yesterday I'm in the semester 1 A so I'm today into the main course. And yesterday they all preapare so today we mostly do the finishing. Main course menu is konro bakar, white rice, pallu cella, and kangkung urin. The main course group came in the morning because our konro wanted to be fast and the process of cooking so long so we made it a bit quick to make the texture of the meat soft.



Figure 1 is a peanut flavor for the roasted concoction, all the ingredients are from fried beans, brown sugar and other fittings. Our group of course courses share our tasks so we are quick to complete and we also have each responsibility. All menus today should be ready at 11.00 am from appetizer to dessert. We had this buffet menu so we prepared everything separately and after all we were ready to go to the restaurant and upon completion we re-cleaned our area before we left our area.



Figure 2 is the urine of kangkung vegetables. I will explain a bit about urine kangkung is a cooked (diboil) dish mixed with grated coconut which is roasted spiced as a flavors. Common urine is found in Indonesian cuisine but if searched, urap comes from the jungle treasures. Ural does not contain any meat, and can be eaten just as a vegetarian diet, or as a vegetable trman of rice as part of a complete meal. Urap is usually a requirement or an important dish as an accompanying vegetable companion to a Javanese cistern.




Figure 3 is an advance for the menu tomorrow. After today's food out to our restaurant we immediately cleaned the area and we went back oneline and we were told about preparing for tomorrow. In order to get ready quickly we share assignments with our group friends so that everything is fast. And all the preparations are finished from the appetizer until our dessert breaks and we eat after our meal doing general cleaning.
