Assalamualaikum .... kawan !!!
Today is entering the fourth day of this week. In this fourth blog I will tell about the process of making a mini burger. In the morning we have to come before 07. Because before learning starts, we have to try all the ingredients in the kitchen, so that we will not be mistaken anymore. Because yesterday there was one of our friends who had not been able to tell which ginger and kencur were. Before entering our kitchen one line front kitchen to be absent. We entered according to our own ansen.
We are one line in cold kitchen, to pray before starting today's practice to be all right. Then we riview our previous material. After review we start to prepare for mini burger. After preparing for a mini burger finished, we rested for a moment. Since there was no activity, then I took the initiative to continue my project, but the results of my project this time was not satisfactory, I had to make updates on my project.
After that we rested for lunch. After lunch we came back for general cleaning. We are general cleaning in cold kitchen and butcher area. After all clean we rested. After that we went back to the genral cleaning in the main kitchen, after which we rested while waiting for the senior to finish.
