Meet again with me today and different activities and the menu on the day is the same as yesterday because yesterday was just prevalent for this day, and today we were directly doing for yesterday's menu and we started doing at 10.30 and we immediately made it to sauce or chilli after we make the sauce we also prepare the tool for frying jalangkote and after all our tools ready we immediately fry it. About 12.00 we started preparing for tomorrow's menu of caines food.


Chinese food is a typical Chinese food. We also learned from appetizer to dessert, SPINACH AND PEANUT SALAD (TRADITIONAL EGG DROP SOUP), BEEF RICE BOWL, WHITE RICE, TANG YUANG (Dessert), TANG ZHONG (bread basket). I'll explain a little bit about the menu on the first one that spinach and peanut salad is a combination of "old peanut butter" and chinese style spinach salad. Both dishes are star in local chinese restaurants and sometimes people serve together to create a good mouthfeel.

The second traditional egg drop soup is In Chinese it is traditionally known as pinyin: and hua tang which literally means 'egg soup'. Freshly boiled Chinese egg soup is usually served after the main course. You can also serve it at any time during the meal. The basic recipe for Egg Drop Soup (also called Egg Flower Soup) is very simple and fast to cook. The third Beef rice bowl is a very popular dish in China. Although originating from Japan (its original name is Gyudon), many cafeterias in Beijing have adopted it and put it on their lunch menu. Gyūdon (牛 丼), a beef bowl literally, is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice with beef and red onion in a sweet sauce spiced with dashi (fish and seagrass), soy sauce and mirin (sweet rice wine). The four Tangzhong, or water roux, is a mix of bread made to make bread more moist. In this way the water content absorbed by the bread becomes more and the resulting bread is difficult to dry.
