Today is my second day of practice and today I will tell you what I am doing in the kitchen, because today it coincides with our 17th at the ceremony, so all students are expected to follow the ceremony today and let us know to come to campus earlier because the ceremony will be held 07.05. After we finished the ceremony we immediately replaced our uniforms ie cook clothes, while waiting for a friend who is still changing clothes we prepared our grooming before one line.


After we all finished dressing we came back one line and and we were absent as usual before entering our examination tool etc. After that we store our bags in the lockers and we are directly one line in the cold kitcken and we are in the riview while waiting for a pack that would like to explain how to cut the right salmon after the middle of the pack riview came and we saw directly how to cut a good salmon and right and we're in love trying to eat salmon and after all we finish doing it right away.


And my group got Shusi, I cooked the rice and seafood that we used and we cut in, and we put in the container after that we inserted into the cut chiler and after all we were given an example with the chef dino how to make the shusi and we immediately made it all at 16.02 of our general cleaning and after general cleaning we were waiting for the pack to give us advice and after that we prayed and ready to go home.
