Daily activity
Assalamualaikum wr wb.
In this morning i wake up at 05.30 am and i take a bath at 06.40 am and after that i go to campus and i arrived in the kitchen. I imadietly prepare my self. We oneline and senior checked our grooming and my tools everyday that so important because we must clean and neat.
After that we in the cold kitchen and we oneline according to our group and my group was still work to our project. Before that Mr. Jaya explain about the menu and what should we do. After Mr. Jaya explain Mr. Syahrial told us for remaind the portion size every dish. And before Mr. Syahrial go out Mr. Syahrial say one person every group help that is practice and i get group dessert.
At 11.30 am we oneline and senior explain about what we do tomorrow. My group get the main course and i imadiately prepare all ingredients and after the all finish we oneline again and Mr. Ical say about food terminologi. Then we general cleaning untill finish. After that we oneline and pray before we go home
