Alhamdulillah we are still rediscovered by God Almighty. At this day I departed somewhat sooner at around 06:40 and arrived at campus around 07:00 pm Until dikitchen, because there is still time, so I took it for breakfast first before entering kitchen, and it must be done before entering kitchen, because life in kitchen is very much hard. After sarapam I wear my uniform and one line to be absent before entering kitchen.
We entered the kitchen in the absence order, once we entered one line in cold kitchen. First of all we are in riview by senior incharge, about material material that has been obtained so far. After a while in the riview, chef aldyno came in to explain about the menu today and also shows how good and true chicken marinade is. After that we went on a riview because there were still some who had not been in riview so we returned riview.
For thailand food menu this time I got to the dessert menu ie khao neow ma muang (thailand), sticky rice with manggo recipe (english). Yesterday we had a pre-order for today's menu, so we instantly made stickty rice and while waiting for stickty rice so we made the sauce, and we occasionally to stir the rice in order to be happy bottomless and after all we finished cold then we just formed it.
